Every individual is filled with a certain special quality. You're an amazing human being and your life is so so precious!
I want you to slowly close your eyes and focus on your breathing. Let yourself feel the sensations of your body. Let the air pass by. Counting to ten slowly gathering air and exhaling out. Just not focusing on your thought process and remaining still and calm for some time.
You have been tremendously thriving through, fighting those unspoken battles and we are so proud of you!

But just for a second, we want you to calm down, and focus on your breathing. I know that meditation might not seem an appropriate way to calm yourself down. And certainly, there are many procedures to eventually finding a solution to your distress. Though we surely guarantee you that there is a scientific reasoning to mediation that may be incredibly useful.
